CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK FROM YOUR STUDIO?

Sure thing! If you’re local, there is an option on the checkout page to pick up at the studio. I will contact you to arrange a time that works for both of us.

How can I be notified of new work?

The best way is to sign up for my newsletter. I usually send 2 newsletters per month with news about what’s happening at Studio Feron. This will include news about upcoming collection launches and early access to new work!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please review photos and detailed information closely. I try my best to capture colors accurately but colors may vary slightly due to difference in monitor settings. I take great care to package artwork with care and love. In the rare instance that your product is damaged upon delivery, please email studioferon@yahoo.com within 7 days of receipt of item with photos of the packaging and item, and I will work with you to fix the problem.

 

Who owns the artwork?

Artist retains all rights to all sold and unsold artwork, including any commissioned original pieces. It is up to the Artist's sole discretion as to whether a piece of artwork is used to make reproductions. Images may not be reproduced, resold, or used in any form without written consent. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the Artist's written permission.

FRAMING

Some of my work is sold framed, some unframed and some with the option to purchase a frame. I also have a framing guidelines page on my site that is designed to help you with your framing needs. I’m always happy to discuss framing options with you.
